Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does it take to set up the photo booth rental?

It takes us approximately 45-60 minutes to set up the photo booth. We will arrive approximately 90 minutes before your event start time. Make sure the venue is aware of our start time and is able to accommodate our setting up.

2. Do you accept major credit cards & debit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express, PayPal and debit cards.

3. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the photo booth for your event. The remaining balance is due 8 days prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable and can be applied to a future booking.

4. How much does it cost to rent a photo booth from MIM 360?

Our pricing varies depending on the length of the event, location, and any extra add-on features. For quotes fill out the questionnaire form in the contact us section and we will contact you. 

5. How does the photo booth work?

Selfie Photo Booth: Step in front of the photo booth, touch the screen to start, follow the animated prompts and say cheese!

360 Photo Booth: Step up and stand in the center of the platform, pose for the camera as it spins around you in a 360 motion. Your personalized photos & videos can be instantly emailed, texted, shared on social media or printed out in seconds.

6. Do you provide a photo booth attendant?

Yes, we provide a photo booth attendant with our rentals to ensure that your event runs smoothly. They will assist guests with taking photos and answer any questions they may have.

7. How much space do we need for the photo booth rental?

 Specifications & Measurements Placement: The photo booth is generally placed 7-8 feet away from the backdrop. We suggest a minimum of 10 ft by 10 ft of space for the photo booth table, props, printer & decor. The photo booth must be placed near the main power supply (3-prong 120V receptacle). 

Power Extension: We are able to extend up to 20 ft from the receptacle with 3-pronged 14 gauge cables. Keep these specifications in mind. You can send us a photo of the event space to help aim for the perfect setup.

8. What does "unlimited" mean for our photo booth rental service?

This means your guests have unlimited access to the photo booth throughout your rental period. Your guests may upload their sessions instantly to email or text. Requires strong and reliable network coverage in the area.

9.  Do you provide options to add customized overlays or branded logos ?

Yes, a customized overlay that coordinates with your event is included in all packages. You can also add any branded logos, messages, captions, or color schemes on your customized overlay for your photos or videos. For corporate events, this will incur additional costs.

10. How much notice do you need for events? 

To ensure availability, we recommend contacting us at least 20 days prior to your event. This allows us to plan accordingly and provide exceptional service & experience you deserve.

11. Do I get a digital copy of the pictures/videos taken in the booth?

Yes, we will upload your images and send them via a downloadable link after your event. Please allow about 24 hours for files to be transferred.

12. Do we travel?

Yes, We cover areas within a 60 mile radius of zip code 30214. However, we will travel outside of a 60 mile radius at an additional rate of $0.75/mile.

13. What happens if I booked a photo booth for an outdoor event and the weather is bad?

We've got you covered! Our team will work with you to either relocate the photo booth to an indoor space or reschedule for a better day. Your event's fun and memories are our top priority, rain or shine! 🌧️📸✨
